Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned real estate clients
- Lead onboarding, strategy alignment, and weekly performance calls
- Coordinate internally with creative, media, and strategy teams
- Track project timelines and deliverables using Asana
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with KPIs
- Manage feedback cycles and approvals efficiently
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within accounts
- Maintain strong client retention and satisfaction
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in account management (agency experience preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously
- Working knowledge of digital marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, lead funnels)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working remotely with structured workflows
- Proficiency in Asana or similar project management tools
